Dr. Gajendranath Chowdary
The research interests of Dr. Gajendranath Chowdary primarily lie with Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit Design for sustainable, next-generation ultra-low-power IoT nodes. With a deep interest in teaching and significant industry experience, the primary goal of his research is to build a better next generation, both in terms of workforce and technology.
He received the B.E. degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, in 2006, and the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from IIT Delhi, Delhi, India, in 2008 and 2016, respectively. He has worked as an Analog Circuit Design Engineer with ST-Ericsson, Bengaluru, India, from 2008 to 2010 and Aura Semiconductor, Bengaluru, in 2011, 2013, and 2016. Since April 2017, he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Hyderabad (IITH), Sangareddy, India. His research interests include ambient energy- harvesting, high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits, and power management circuit design for ultralow-power applications. Dr. Chowdary was a recipient of the Early Career Research Award from Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), India
